Being healthy means that you have to take care of our bodys to keep healthy so when you grow up you will be strong.
if you eat the some times food all the time you well be fat and unhealthy and if you eat the sugar lollies every day in your lunch for school you well get lots of sores on your body and you well have a huge sore on your hand and you won't be healthy. so keep healthy every day and most of all eat green vegetables to keep strong and healthy every day and eat vegtables and fruit. '
